We are two retired people who enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking, biking, eating, drinking, reading, relaxing, and spending time with family and friends. We are vegan, try to live as sustainably as possible, and care deeply about the environment and social justice. We are the Ramble On RVers.

Our story:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we realized that we wanted more than just the work we were doing. So on a bit of a whim, in November 2021, we purchased a 2007 Airstream Interstate that we found on Facebook Marketplace, and fell in love with van life. We named our van Maude after one of our favorite dogs who loved camping. We created this blog so that family, friends, and anyone else interested can learn about our travels, not just where we have visited, but also our experiences, our food, and lessons we have learned along the way. And yes, we named our blog in reference to the Grateful Dead’s Ramble on Rose.
